On a cool,beautiful saturday, I started the day with my new shiznit - Merida Ultegra. The machine,which I bought it through a well-known site among Malaysian Cyclists-bicyclebuysell.com, really excites me to explore the world on the humble-yet-powerful two wheels.
The mission for today was to simply pedal along the way to Kampung Ara Pasung without knowing the endpoint before turning back. At 8.00am, alone, off I go bebeh! Oh ya, thanks Alif for lending me pam tayar (tire inflator).

In Johor, view of sawah nenas and kelapa sawit (palm oil) are not uncommon especially in Pontian. Unlike Johor, northern states like Kedah offer different view- a wide stretch of flat, yellow paddy field. I'll save it for my next cycling trip yo!

Kroooooik...kruk kruk. Oh, that's the sound of my hungry stomach. hehe. Now let's turn back!

| Commercial Reban Ayam |
On my way back, I came across an acre-size (agak-agak je) of commercial reban ayam. These are the ayams to be slaughtered and processed before being delivered to KFC. haha. So kesian tengok ayam tu hidup dalam reban yg sempit. macam jail pon ada.
chicken = protein..yummy :)

| Nictar-where you can get raw honey |
Bumped into another interesting spot, Nictar Bee Farm, a natural honey bee producer. Basically, honey will be extracted from man-made beehives for several types of bees; pineapple, durian, and melaleuca. y'll can find
more details here http://nictar.net/. I bought the tiny 70g pineapple raw honey bee for 10 bucks.
After pedalling not less than 40kilos, it's time to fill up the freaking empty stomach.
